Mothers Day 2013
Today I got to celebrate Mothers Day in Wyatt's class. We had a nice light lunch and got a cute plant. Wyatt was so proud of all that he had done.

Lighthouse Field Trip
May 2013
Seth's class took a field trip the Pt Pinos Lighthouse. Sadly, we had already moved out of the CG housing so we didn't have the house to use after for a picnic. It was still fun to see the lighthouse and Nancy (the lighthouse docent we got to know). Seth's class learned the history of the lighthouse and of course Seth knew it all.

Discovery Day
May 2013
KC was in Petaluma for some training so the kids and I went and visited him for a couple of days. One of the days we went into San Francisco and did the Discovery Museum. It's a lot of hands on activities.
Here the kids are making boats that will be able to float down the stream.
This was Seth's boat contraption.

Sand Sledding in Seaside

We went sand sledding with the Kauer family. The kids had so much fun. It was a pretty warm day with no wind. It was a lot harder to get around in the sand then I thought though.

America Sings
Seth - 5th Grade April 2013
Seth's class put on a patriotic assembly for the school and parents. He even got to play the part of Superman in a song.
Here is Seth with Mrs Pechan. Seth really blossomed in her class. He is ready for middle school...yikes.
