Part of the problem with catch-up is that the photos don't
stay together in their chronological order. Arrrgghhhh!
I have tried to label most pictures so that I know what event they go with.
LICE is in the HOUSE!!!!!
Arrggggghhhhh......the girls got lice and although
I am smiling in this photo I was anything but happy.
It took a couple of months to get rid of, tons of stuffed animals were thrown away, the house was cleaned everyday and linens were cleaned regularly. I swore that if we ever got Lice again, I would shave the girls heads. The secret though to getting rid of it....a metal Lice comb. I bought one on Amazon and it did the trick.
Below is a picture of our nightly routine.
*Hanna is getting the lice out of Elmo's hair. :)

Famous Day Report
Seth was Wyatt Earp
He did a great job! All the 4th graders stood out on the playground at their stations. As people came up to "meet" them they each had a speech, skit or story to tell. It was a fun day and very interesting with all the "famous people" around.
KC and I love how much he is learning and growing from school.

"Buggies" in the House
The Cutchins house was found to be bug infested!! Our garages are shared within the same building and that was tented too. Below is Cali in front of the garage. We also had to stay in a hotel so that the fumes would not harm us. It was an adventure and fun to the kids!
Here is a view of our house (which was not tented) but Cali is in front of the garage.
Happy Father's Day 2012
We made KC a father's day card using these photos and
telling dad how each child feels about him.

Daddy Daycare April 2012
I went away for the weekend with Amanda M., Suzy N. and Danelle J. We had a great time doing nothing but talking, eating and shopping. It was a much needed getaway for me.
KC at home had a fun day planned for the kids. He included the Wood boys, the Ashby kids and the Pelton girls. It was great for everyone!
Black Bear Diner
Hanna and I had a date with dinner, the bear and each other. Hanna thinks the bear is now going to come visit her at home. :)
5th Grade Field Trip
Mountain Men
The kids took a step back in time and learned about panning for gold, making candles, living in tents, school in those days, games, dancing and so much more. I chaperoned and had the best time ever!

The girls are in their Easter dresses from Grammie A. They love to look pretty.
Little do they know they always look pretty.
My pretty angels. It was windy and cold
but they were troopers for letting us get lots of great photos.
We had a fun Easter Party at our house with the Wood, Ashby and Pelton families. The kids had a great time with the egg hunt.
Hanna with her big "I got lots of eggs" smile.
Hanna with the guilt on her mouth.......lots of chocolate.
Just a pretty photo of Cali...I can't believe how fast she is growing up.
Hanna and her dolls. She loves to play with her barbies.
Wyatt being cool. He can be such a ham!!

Another "Kill the Lice" day
We would have to cover their heads with all sorts of concoctions to get rid of the little buggers.
Then, I would comb them out with the special metal lice comb.
Yikkkeeesssssss!!! They are smiling but I was not.
They actually were good sports about the whole thing and Hanna even began to think it was fun. Again........I did not find it amusing. :)
* I don't remember what Cali was holding
Mother's Day photos
Every year since seth was born I have traditionally taken a photo with all my kids as a Mother's Day gift to myself. It is fun to look back on the photos and she how the kids have changed and when each one was added a long the way.
The wall was out in Carmel Valley at the fire station house.
A fun, typical photo of Cali. KC and I love this photo because it really shows her personality. She loves to dress-up, be happy and be playful.
She is an amazing girl with so much energy!
Our lives would be boring without her.
Seth and his best Pacific Grove buddy, Joey.
These two were like 2 peas in a pod.
They both love a lot of the same things, both very smart
and both great kids. Joey and his family are moving this summer and it makes Seth very sad to think about. Joey's family (The Paddocks) are also a military family and they are being stationed out of the country. We will all miss them!
They loved to play tetherball.
KC put one in our yard and it made them both very happy.
Way to go dad!!

Such fun pictures! It is great to see your family growing. Some of the pictures of Hanna are adorable! Miss you all!
