Utah Trip May 2010

KC and I were hired to shoot a wedding in Utah. We were happy to do it so that we could see the Williams. We flew in on a Thurs night (just KC, me and Hanna while Seth and Cali stayed at the Anderson's) and stayed with the Williams. Friday we spent the day checking out the areas where we would be taking photos and then that night we took photos at the pre-wedding dinner. We had a nice time and got to meet lots of good people. One of which was Elder Christofferson from the Quorum of the 12. It was pretty cool. Then, all day Saturday we took photos at the temple and then the reception. Beckie and Rob watched Hanna. They also live in Provo and that made it convienent to visit with them and have them help us with Hanna. Sunday, we went to church with the Williams and Dave blessed their new baby Brox with KC in the circle. It was a wonderful weekend and good to see the Williams.

Fun with Hanna

Seth and Cali love to teach Hanna and play with her. It doesn't always end with smiles but they do try. Here is Cali letting Hanna participate in her dance class and Seth below sharing a park toy with her. I'm sure Hanna loves the attention.

Cali Strikes Again....

She sure is my little dress-up queen. She has always loved to play dress-up and I think she always will. Here are a few of her creations. She is also looking to recruit Hanna. So far she seems to enjoy following in her sisters footsteps.

Starting our Good-Byes March/April 2010

We found out at the end of last year that we would be transferred to Monterey this summer during transfer season. It was exciting and sad all at the same time. KC and I have always loved Monterey and have said we could live there if we were transferred. However, we love San Diego ( a little more). It has been a bitter sweet time. I have cried alot and I have tried to spend as much time as possible with friends. So, here are a few photos of those fun times.

The first photo is of Michelle (Nelson) Jesperson, me, Suzy Nelson, Amanda McKamey and Danny Nelson with Peter. We are at the West Hills park with our kids. I LOVE these people!

The next photo is of the guys from the Edisto that KC worked with and some of their families. We all went on a family harbor cruise on the Edisto and spent some time together BBQing.

The 3rd photo is of Hanna and Kellen McKamey (one of her boyfriends) enjoying some yummy Easter cupcakes that Amanda made. Kellen was one of Hanna's little buddies.

The last 2 photos are the Knoop kids with the Jenkins kids (minus Noah who was too young to go out with us to McDonald's). We had a fun day at McD's and then took some goofy photos. We sure love this family!!

It will be hard to leave San Diego but we will keep our ties close to those we love!

The Easter Bunny comes to the Knoop Home

Well, lucky for the kids, the Easter bunny visited us. The kids got a few new toys and some candy. They also got a reminder of what Easter is really about and how we should remember the Savior and his love in our lives.

Cali's Flat Stanley Project March 2010

Cali had a fun project at school. She had to make a Flat Stanley and take him with us wherever we went for a week. As you can see he went on the CG Edisto where KC is stationed. He also went with us to Knott's Berry Farm with the Voss's. He had lots of fun until Cali got sick with a really bad ear infection. You can see her laying in the bed at Knott's Berry Farm in the Medical Center. Still a fun project and fun for Cali to do.
