Well, the month had finally come to say our good-byes. The Jenkins wanted to have a beach bonfire for us and Suzy and Amanda wanted to throw us an Open House. So, I thought it would be fun and good for the kids to have one last day at the park with their friends. Friends from school and church came to play with Seth, Cali and Hanna before we left. We had drinks and snacks on hand for everyone to share. It was a hot day and well attended. I think the kids really felt loved.
This is an invite to the Open House that Suzy and Amanda hosted. It ended up being at Sue Aguiar's
house
because Amanda's grandma died and her mom's house would be filled with family. The pictures from that night are at the end of this blog post.
The "beach" pictures are from our bonfire. We were not able to do a bonfire though because all the firepits were taken. But it was a wonderful night with smores and goodies. Lots of people came out to give us hugs and well wishes.
Here are the photos from the Open House at Sue Aguiar's house. A lot of people showed up and I wanted pictures with all of them so that I would have something to remember them by and to look at on my sad days. We sure will miss this town.
